Although it only lasted a few seconds, that image of the armless man and the armless woman making contact with their new hands for the first time will stay with me for a long time. Technologies is rapidly changing the life of persons with disabilities. Imagine how we will feel when technology provides assistance for people that previously didn't even know they had disabilities, and their quality of life improves ten-fold.
