Japanese company Genepax presents its eco-friendly car that runs on nothing but water.
The car has an energy generator that extracts hydrogen from water that is poured into the car's tank. The generator then releases electrons that produce electric power to run the car. Genepax, the company that invented the technology, aims to collaborate with Japanese manufacturers to mass produce it.

OK, never mind, don't bother fixing the video source, it's full of pseudoscientific exaggerations anyway.
Facts:
- Genepax produced a certain kind of fuel cell, not the whole car; the car is an electric model made by someone else and it was just adapted so that Genepax could demonstrate their cell;
- the fuel cell does NOT work on "nothing but water", that would be physically impossible; it's based on some kind of undisclosed electrode types and uses some rare metals as well, probably with some parts of it getting oxydized and needing regular replacement;
- the company doesn't hope to have that fuel cell powering electric cars by itself, but only serving as a generator to recharge the secondary batteries of said cars.
