Yes you read correctly, TECH demo. She IS the demo.
Until the 1:30 mark when they revert back to the source (the real actress), her entire face is being simulated by the technology.
NOTE: this is a older video from 2008 so the tech is probably better now then back in '08. Only the face is CGI the rest is a real actress.
